How to Order:

Shopping online with Witchery Bath & Body to purchase your favourite artisan skincare is fast and easy:

1. Browse through our range of products. You can use the tab above or the side bar for product guidance.

2. Click on the product page to check out the product description, ingredients and reviews.

3. When you are ready to place your order, click on the “Order Form” on the tab above. Fill in the form and click “Submit”.

4. We will contact you via email within 12 hours to confirm your order and advise on the payment. 

Payment & Postage

1. Payment can be made via direct bank-in into our Maybank, CIMB and Public Bank.

2. Our preferred shipper is PosLaju. Orders will be shipped out the next working day after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, it should take 1 to 2 business days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia, and 4 to 5 business days for delivery to Sabah & Sarawak.

3. Postage fee:

Peninsular Malaysia (less than 3 items) – RM7
Peninsular Malaysia (4 to 10 items) – RM12
Peninsular Malaysia (above 10 items) – RM18

Sabah & Sarawak (less than 3 items) – RM12
Sabah & Sarawak (4 to 10 items) – RM18
Sabah & Sarawak (above 10 items) – RM24

Wholesale, custom orders & stockist 

We accept request for wholesale, custom order (for specific request, gifts, wedding door gift & party favour) and stockist (within Malaysia). Please write to us at witcherynatural@gmail.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

3. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please contact us to discuss return and refund.

Please note: The herbs and essential oils included in our ingredients have many benefits which are well documented in herbal and aroma therapeutic literature. Please check about this with your naturopath/therapist if you have special skin conditions.

* Patch testing

Apply a small amount of new product to clean skin inside the elbow or behind the ear. Cover and leave for 24 hours. Human skin changes daily, affected by emotions, diet, hormones, and the climate. We suggest that you choose a product to suit your skin condition, the season, and environment.

2. Witchery Bath & Body uses only renewable, and when possible certified organically grown ingredients which are responsibly harvested. We support local certified organic farmers/growers or wildcrafters who practise sustainable agricultural methods and harvest responsibly in the wild.

3. We wholly hand-make all our products and combine the ingredients to suit your skin.
